5. 友達と映画を見ます。
と means with when doing an action together.
6. 田中さんは先生です。
は is natural when introducing or describing Tanaka-san as the topic.
7. 誰が来ますか。
が marks the unknown subject being asked about: who is coming?
8. 雨が降っています。
が marks the subject of natural happenings like rain falling.
9. この店は安いです。
は sets この店 as the topic: as for this shop, it is cheap.
10. 猫が好きです。
好き often uses が for the thing liked: 猫が好きです.
